Pet Sitting: Feed, water, administer med's., clean litter pans, take pet outdoors if allowed, play with or just sit and cuddle your pet for as long or as little as you would like. Holidays, weekends, vacations or daily. Also, bring in mail, turn lights on/off and check to see that the home is secure.
Dog Walking: Walk your dog(s) with a leash attached unless instructed otherwise. The amount of exercise your pet gets depends on you, his/her person. Daily walks will provide your dog an outlet for pinned up energy, give him/her human interaction when you can't be available due to extra hours spent working or other obligations that require you to be away for long hours.
Pet Transportation: Safely transport your pet to and from important veterinarian visits, grooming appointments and/or any other activities or appointments you have set up for your pet. This service is available at a discounted rate for low income, elderly clients.
Daily Pet Check: Check in on your pet at a specified time and for the amount of time requested. Food, water, safety check, let out for a potty break if necessary. The client may choose multiple times a day, once daily, every other day, a few times a week, etc.
House Sitting: Over night stays are an option with Happy Tales. Staying the night with your pet and/or sitting with your home while your are away. Water house plants, turn lights on and off, bring in mail and paper. In general . . . make sure your home as well as your pet(s) are safe and secure through the night. Overnight hours are generally 11:00 p.m to 7:00 a.m. but can be adjusted to suit your needs.
Dog Obedience Training: One on one, in home, Dog Obedience Training. One half hour secession per visit 1-3 times per week is recommended. Also offered is retriever training for duck dogs, agility training, desensitization and behavior training.
Mobile Grooming: Pet grooming is an additional service offered by Happy Tales. We will bring our new mobile salon to your location or you have the option to bring your pet to us. We offer brushing and bathing. We will clip your pet's nails, clean ears and eyes, brush your pets teeth and will perform certain cuts. Big or small . . . dogs and cats.
